Campaign Supporters

Call to action! You are vital to the campaign

Volunteers and campaigners are needed to spread the message.

With so many areas under threat from fracking, It is becoming clear that to stop fracking we have to change the minds of those in power who decide, or change the people who make the decisions.

At Frack Free United we believe we have to build not just a mandate, but a campaign team as well. In 2017 we distributed 250000 awareness leaflets directly into letterboxes across affected areas. It is our aim to help any politician who has signed up to oppose fracking. Each time we head into elections, Frack Free United will sign up and encourage candidates to oppose fracking and then encourage our supporters to campaign for those candidates who can take our message into the corridors of power. Please sign our frack free declaration and help us build a community mandate to lobby the policymakers and join us in the campaign - Help us to help them to help you. We call on all politicians to sign up - Let us help you to help us.

Political campaign pledge:

'I will work towards and support a ban on fracking in the UK' - Sign the frack free declaration today.

Frack Free United urge you to sign the declaration and join the growing frack free to register to oppose fracking in your area and across the UK.

We urge you now to sign up now and work towards a Halt of all onshore fracking activities in the UK. Add your name to the growing list of politicians that have signed up and we will advise and inform you on the issues of fracking for your campaign.

"Shale gas may transform a previously pristine and quiet natural region, bringing increased industrialisation. As a result, rural economy businesses that rely on clean air, land, water and/
or a tranquil environment may suffer losses from this change, such as agriculture, tourism, organic farming, hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation" - DEFRA report: "Shale Gas Rural Economy Impacts Paper", 1st July 2015
